DevOps is a philosophy and culture of software development. DevOps specialists are among the most demanded in the international IT market. And the demand for them continues to grow. DevOps engineers accompany the product at all stages of the life cycle, automate and accelerate development processes, increasing its efficiency and safety.

WORK AT EPAM
We train those with whom we want to work in the future.
30+ hours per week intensive work is waiting for you in the Academy under the guidance of experienced mentors, lecturers as well as self-study and home tasks. During the Academy, you will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with our company. Within 3 months program participants will get the chance to pass the production interview and join EPAM DevOps team. Education period shall depend on the level of your knowledge and may last from one to a couple of months. What is unique, is that you will be hired and paid from the very beginning of the training period!
Timeline:
- Registration end date: 30th August 2022
- Program start date: 19th September 2022
- Program duration: 3 months
- Format: Online, 5 times per week, full time
- Salary: accepted participants will be paid during the training period

What is required for training:
- Basics of Linux administration;
- The knowledge of any programming language;
- Writing and speaking English on level B1+;
- An understanding and basics of containerization and virtualization will be a plus;
- A basic understanding of the network and TCP / IP will be a plus;

How to get started?
- Pass the English test - you can find the test in your profile. Please fill it in within 1-2 days after you register.
- Pass online Technical Test - the test is online-based and will be assigned to candidates with B2 and above level. It lasts 1 hour. Please pass it within 2 days after receiving it.
- General interview for selected candidates - phone call.
- Get the invitation to Pre-Production Academy!

Here is some additional, but important information:
- Acting participants of ЕРАМ University are not allowed to register to the program. Please contact your Manager regarding the positions available.
- Academy is available only for people located in Poland.
- Academy's Start Date may change. Selection period will change accordingly. Please follow the program details.
- Considering the limited number of slots for this academy, the order of application and the assessment results will be decisive factors in being enrolled.
- EPAM University provides necessary hardware and software to cater the needs of the students enrolled to this academy.
- If you are a non-EU citizen and want to participate in DevOps Academy, it is required that you have free access to the Polish labor market and can provide one of the following documents to EPAM:
- permanent residence permit (zezwolenie na pobyt stały)
- EU long-term residence permit (zezwolenie na pobyt rezydenta długoterminowego Unii Europejskiej)
- temporary residence permit, granted in relation to your reunion with your family staying in Poland legally, or in relation to graduation form Polish full-time studies (zezwolenie na pobyt czasowy, na podstawie połączenia z rodziną legalnie przebywającą w Polsce lub na podstawie ukończenia studiów stacjonarnych)
- refugee status (based on the decision of the Office of Foreigners) (status uchodźcy)
- subsidiary protection status (based on the decision of the Office of Foreigners) (ochrona uzupełniająca)
- humanitarian residence permit or a permit for tolerated stay (zgoda na pobyt ze względów humanitarnych lub zgoda na pobyt tolerowany)
- temporary residence permit based on marriage to a Polish citizen (zezwolenie na pobyt czasowy na podstawie związku małżeńskiego z obywatelem polskim)
