Our learning path includes several stages, offering you a step-by-step approach to gaining in-depth knowledge in SAP Consulting. By participating, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Immerse yourself into ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software from SAP
  • Explore its core business processes: Financial Accounting & Controlling, Material Management, Sales & Distribution and many others

Upon program completion, you will gain market-oriented soft & hard skills, which you may apply at our company or anywhere else in the IT industry.

Training process

The program consists of three stages:

  • The first one lasts ~2 weeks, during which you will get access to the SAP S/4HANA system and join evening introductory webinars 3 times a week for 3 hours.
  • If you successfully pass a technical quiz and interview with a recruiter, we will invite you to the next stage. It usually lasts ~2 months and embraces evening 3-hour webinars 3 times a week, practical tasks and regular Q&A sessions with mentors.
  • Depending on your progress, you can continue your path at our SAP Lab. It usually lasts ~2-4 months, depending on your weekly engagement, and involves working on an individual project within a chosen direction.

Please mind that this training is only for citizens of Latvia and specialists relocated to this country with work permits in the EU.

What is required for training:

  • English level from Intermediate (B1) and higher
  • IT or economic / logistic / accounting experience and/or education
  • Basic knowledge of databases and SQL
How to get started?
  1. Register on this page. Once you fill in all the required fields and attach the CV, you will find the confirmation with more details in your mailbox or notifications tab.
  2. Take an English test available in your profile. You should reach the A2 (Pre-Intermediate) level result to proceed.
  3. Receive an invitation to the program. We will inform you of the enrollment results and share further instructions for your learning journey if you are admitted.

Please check your profile's mailbox regularly to make sure you get all important notifications.

What will you learn?

Stage 1 – 2 weeks. You will get a basic overview of:

  • SAP ERP Basics and System Navigation
  • Financial Accounting Module (FI)
  • Controlling Module (CO)
  • Material Management Module (MM)
  • Sales and Distribution Module (SD)

Stage 2 – 2 months. You will deep dive into:

  • Financial Accounting Module (FI)
  • Controlling Module (CO)
  • Material Management Module (MM)
  • Sales and Distribution Module (SD)

Stage 3 – 2-4 months. You will join our SAP Lab and work on an individual project in one of the directions:

  • Financial Accounting & Controlling
  • Material Management & Sales and Distribution
