In this course, you will learn about the role of Business Analysis, Application Creation Process, and Software Development Life Cycle methodologies. This course prepares you for the next level of the program.
Business Analysis Entry Level
The course will provide you with the necessary theoretical background to perform business analysis activities in the following knowledge areas: Needs Assessment, Business Analysis Planning and Requirements Elicitation. You will learn how to identify business needs and gather product requirements.
Business Analysis Core Course
The course covers core skills and knowledge that Business Analysts use in their everyday work: Requirements Documenting, Requirements Modeling and Requirements Management.
Business Analysis Advanced Course
Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to identify, classify and manage project risks, understand the main UX principles and build effective collaboration with the design team; create business cases; and understand the core soft skills that should be developed to succeed as a Business Analyst.
Capstone Project for your Portfolio
The final task of this course is basically a solution that you will have to develop for a specific case. It is designed in a certain way to give the feeling of working with situations that are as close to real-life as possible to help you build your portfolio.
